What it does for your store

  • Right when the help ends

It asks as soon as your team closes the conversation or the AI resolves it, on the same channel. Once every 14 days.

  • Yes or no, in one tap

One question with two buttons, in your words. By default, “Were you satisfied with the help?”.

  • On the same channel

It asks on the channel and number the customer wrote to you on, with its buttons.

  • A no, to your team

If they say no, it asks what went wrong and passes the conversation to the person or team you choose.

How each customer answers

From the question to your team's reply, it all stays in your Inbox.

Illustration: in the Inbox, Instant Answers answers about a shipment and the AI resolves the conversation; CSAT Pulse asks Valentina whether she was satisfied, she says no, the conversation goes to Laura, from the Support team, and Valentina picks the reason.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is CSAT Pulse?

It's the Playbook that, when each support conversation ends, asks the customer whether they were satisfied, with a yes or a no.

When does it ask?

As soon as your team or an automation closes the conversation, or the AI resolves it, if the customer wrote in it. Once per conversation, and no more than once every 14 days per customer.

Can I change the question?

Yes. You write the question and the replies for a yes and for a no, with its reasons. The Yes and No buttons are fixed.

What happens if they say no?

It asks what went wrong, with the reasons in your reply, and passes the conversation to the person or team in Escalation.

And if they say yes?

It thanks them with your reply for a yes, and the conversation stays closed.

Where do I see the results?

In the Service quality report: the AI Agents CSAT and the Teammates CSAT, each the yeses over the answers, over time.

Which channels does it ask on?

On the channel and number the customer wrote to you on, with buttons, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or your webchat.

Does it use AI?

Not to ask or to reply, which it does with your texts. It asks both in the conversations the AI resolves and in the ones your team handles.

Which plan includes it?

It's available from the Pro plan, which includes 38 eCommerce Playbooks.
